Real Soap Made with Lard

The humble pig is as much a symbol, as it is an integral part of human agriculture. While bacon’s impact on breakfast can’t be denied, most of eat every part of the pig while we want to admit it or not. Back when it was still common for a family to buy an entire animal, excess pig fat (also known as lard) could be found in pie crusts, candles and soap.

While Granny takes care of the pie, and R&D are working on Bailey Built candles, we’re working to make some great soap. It cleans, it moisturizes, it’s a great use of something that might otherwise go to waste. Real ingredients in real soap, for real hands doing real work.

Our handmade Canola and lard soap is proudly manufactured in and shipped from Calgary, Alberta Canada. If you live nearby we might even be able to swing by your place and hand deliver your new handmade soap. We’ll drive to Red Deer or Lethbridge if you order in bulk, but Edmonton will definitely be good ole Canada Post.
